SUBMIT A REGISTRATION OF INTEREST FORM
This simply lets us know that you’re interested in our investment options and ensures we have all the information necessary to understand your financial position and proceed with your application.

FORM REVIEW
Our team reviews your Registration of Interest and confirms which investment products you are eligible for.
3.
MEET YOUR CONSULTANT
Your Registration of Interest form is assigned to one of our team of consultants. They will contact you to discuss the specifics of our offerings and help you determine which one best fulfills your investment goals.
4.
INVESTOR AGREEMENT
If you decide to proceed with the investment opportunity, our team will prepare an Investment Agreement. This agreement is pre-populated using the information you provided on the Registration of Interest form. At this stage you will also need to nominate a bank account to receive your return/s.
5.
TRANSFER FUNDS
Once your funds have been received by us (approximately 2-3 business days) your investment term will begin. For security purposes, we prefer electronic bank transfers to transfer your funds.
Who can invest?
Any entity that is legally able to invest in Sri Lanka is eligible to invest in our opportunities, assuming they meet the minimum investment requirements of a particular opportunity.
INDIVIDUALS
An individual can invest in our projects using their personal capacity. However, not all individuals will be eligible for every offer.
CORPORATIONS
Corporations can invest in our projects, and the agreement will be made in the name of the company.
TRUSTS
Trustees can invest in our projects on behalf of the Trust they manage.
SMSF
Some of our offers accept investment from self-managed superannuation funds.

At Pinnacle Group, our real estate development projects are structured to receive funding at various stages. Each project typically progresses through two distinct phases of funding to ensure optimal resource allocation.
The initial phase primarily serves to secure funding for land acquisition. Approximately halfway through the project timeline, we enter the second phase of funding, which is primarily allocated for subdivisions and construction purposes.
In theory, securing the entire project funding from a lender might appear to be the most cost-effective approach. However, practical considerations necessitate a more nuanced strategy. Firstly, lending institutions typically require a deposit prior to disbursing loans, covering only a fraction of the financing needs. Secondly, relying on our working capital as the deposit would impose restrictions on our ability to simultaneously undertake multiple projects, thus limiting both our business growth and investment opportunities.
In the Trading business, for export orders, we typically receive an advance payment from buyers, which typically ranges between 10% to 30% of the order's total value. This advance payment is crucial to initiate the order, allowing us to pay local suppliers and execute the order efficiently. The remaining payment is structured in accordance with mutually agreed contractual terms, which may involve partial payments prior to cargo shipment or upon delivery at the destination. However, it's important to note that lenders can typically only cover a portion of the order's value, making it challenging to fulfill multiple orders, especially during periods of increased demand for specific commodities.
Taking these considerations into account, we have developed a pragmatic and cost-effective strategy for funding. This approach typically involves utilizing investor capital to finance land acquisitions and act as bridging finance for commodities trading. This approach not only ensures the optimal allocation of resources but also enhances the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our project financing.
We welcome investments starting from LKR 5,000,000. In exceptional cases, smaller investments may be considered at the discretion of our management, depending on the availability within a given project. Please note that due to capacity constraints, we have limited openings for investors who meet the specified capital requirements.
